Returns and Refund Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we are here to help.
Orders must be returned within 30 days of order date.
In order to be eligible for a return, you item must be unwashed and unworn, and in the same condition in which you received it.
The item must have tags still attached and you need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Unfortunately, because we are small and a new boutique, our inventory is small, and we are currently unable to offer exchanges. If you wish you exchange an item, it must be repurchased.
We are also unable to accept returns on jewelry or accessories at this time. As our boutique grows, we will be updating our policy.
Once we receive and inspect your item, you will be notified on the status of your refund. Once notified, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
Refund processing time will be determined by card issuer's policies.
Because we are newly launched, you (the customer) will be responsible for shipping costs on returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
